My career is built on a decade of progressive experience and a Master of Public Health in Leadership, which have provided me with a deep expertise in the strategic tools and collaborative frameworks needed to build resilient organizations.

    My approach is grounded in clarity, impact, equity, collaboration, and integrity. I am passionate about translating ambitious visions into tangible, people-centered outcomes. My experience includes crafting actionable roadmaps that ensure your big goals are not just set but achieved and tracked. I have led strategic planning for multi-sector partnerships, philanthropic initiatives, and government programs, all focused on improving critical social outcomes by defining measurable goals and developing data-driven strategies to address systemic inequities.

    I also specialize in leading strategic impact evaluations, where I develop and implement frameworks to measure and communicate collective impact. I have managed the evaluation and analysis of large-scale grant programs, ensuring accountability and generating insights for effective program management. My work consistently applies equitable evaluation principles to guide planning and practices.
